It is reported that the Asian Art & Finance Forum has been held for five consecutive times, and it is an important academic brand and wisdom highland in the field of Chinese art finance.

Wei Jianguo, Vice Chairman of China Center for International Economic Exchanges and former Vice Minister of Commerce, put forward a view that “culture will become a name card of the city” in his congratulatory speech，which attracted a high degree of consensus among participants. Min Shilin, Party Secretary and Executive Deputy Director of the Shanghai Hongqiao CBD Administrative Committee, pointed out in his speech that Shanghai Hongqiao CBD, relying on the comprehensive transportation hub of Hongqiao, has built a gathering area of Shanghai’s modern service industry, a new platform for the construction of international trade center in Shanghai, and a gathering place for domestic and foreign enterprise headquarters and trade institutions. Xiao Wunan, Executive Vice Chairman of the Asia Pacific Exchange & Cooperation Foundation and Executive Chairman of Federation of World Museums, said in his speech that standing at the turning point of the new era, we need to take advantage of the opportunity of China International Import Expo in Shanghai to promote the strategy of strengthening the country through culture, let China’s be equipped with the wings of science and art, and help the sustainable development of the art finance industry, so as to drive the economic recovery. From the dual perspectives of academic research and business exploration, experts and scholars gathered to discuss art wealth and financial innovation, bringing the most cutting-edge information and profound insight into the art financial industry. In association with this forum, the organizer will publish a collection of papers with great academic research value. This collection will cover major research and selected papers from guest speakers.
