During the discussion with Wang Jinxia, Deputy Director of the Qianhai Administration Bureau, members of the delegation introduced in detail the world museum conference and projects for world museum group. On behalf of the Qianhai Administration Bureau, Wang Jinxia extended a warm welcome to this project’s entry into QInahai, and said that he would actively support the project from all aspects of the policy. At the same time, we fully exchanged views on the world museum project during the discussion and reached a high degree of consensus, which can be summarized as follows: Firstly, we could create a platform under the leadership of UNESCO, we could create the Federation of World Museums as the project convenor to settle in Qianhai. Second, this organization would take a lead to establish three centers in Qianhai, namely, the Global Collection Trading Center, the World Art Financial Service Center and the International Museum Technology Innovation Center. In line with the concept of combining art, finance and technology, we will create a situation of nationwide collection, so that everyone can increase their income and life quality through art collection. Thirdly, with the help of this platform, we will carry forward Chinese traditional culture to the world, make continuous contributions to the prosperity of mankind, and build a strategic platform for the exchange and mutual learning between eastern and western civilizations. Finally, with the advantages of Shenzhen’s reform and opening up, we should give full play to the market vitality and policy dividend, and create a world-class art collection place, creative highland, service system and exchange mechanism in Shenzhen.
