In his speech, Xiao Wunan said that next year would mark the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States. Looking back on the history of friendly exchanges between China and the United States, he is not only a beneficiary but also invested in the United States, including the establishment of the China Culture Center (USA), the Asia Pacific Strategic Research Institute and other non-profit and for-profit organizations. Although many people have high expectations for the upcoming G20 summit in Argentina, entrepreneurs and social activists from both sides should shoulder the current mission, play their unique role, expand exchanges and cooperation among enterprises, enhance friendly contacts among the people and deepen friendship between the two peoples. In particular, we need to enhance bilateral cultural exchanges, trust and understanding between the two peoples. Xiao said he believes how to build long-term healthy Sino-U.S. relations, what the cornerstones are and how to lay them down are concrete manifestations of the implementation which were of the four high-level dialogue mechanisms which were established by the heads of state of China and the United States during their meeting at Mar-a-Lago. Xiao Wunan's speech was highly praised by the participants.
