APECF receives a delegation form the Canadian Parliament
On April 17, Mr. Xiao Wunan, Executive Vice Chairman of Asia Pacific Exchange & Cooperation Foundation, received a Canadian delegation of overseas Chinese led by Mr. Leo Housakos, former Speaker of the Canadian Senate, Canadian Senators Don Plett and Victor Oh at Statesman Hall of the St. Regis in Beijing.
About 100 distinguished guests attended this event, including Mr. John McCallum, newly appointed Canadian Ambassador to China, Mr. Zhong Weiyun, Director of the Bureau of North America and Oceania Affairs of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and others.
