November 22 (www.ouliannews.com) - On the evening of November 17 (local time in Los Angeles), a delegation from the Asia Pacific Exchange & Cooperation Foundation attended the "Artists for Human Rights" inspirational evening in Los Angeles. APECF Executive Chairman Xiao Wunan attended this event as a VIP and gave an exclusive interview to the sponsor.
Mrs. Anne Archer, Founder and Chairwoman of “Artists for Human Rights”, an her husband Mr. Terry Jastrow, a famous producer and seven-time Emmy Award winner, expressed their heartfelt welcome and appreciation to Mr. Xiao Wunan and the APECF delegation.
Mrs. Anne Archer is a famous American actress and social activist. She was named Miss Golden Globe and received the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) award and was nominated several times for an Oscar award. She was well known for films such as Fatal Attraction and Patriot Games.
Ms. Ruchir Gupta, a famous human rights activist from India, introduced her work combating human trafficking, especially girls in India.
More than 70 people from all walks of life including Dr. Diane Watson, a former US congresswoman, several former members of the U.S. Congress and Hollywood celebrities attended this event. They held talks with the APECF delegation.
