The "Dialogue between Eastern and Western Cultures" and the reception for Prince Peter Philips was held by the Asia Pacific Exchange and Cooperation Foundation and other organizations on the evening of December 6, 2013 at Yongfoo Elite (originally the British Consulate) in Shanghai. Mr Xiao Wunan, Executive Vice Chairman of APECF, and Prince Peter Philips attended and addressed the event, during which renowned musicians performed, including pianist Kong Xiangdong, guqin master Yang Zhijian and flute master Li Saifei.
Prince Peter Philips is the eldest grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
