Chinese Senior Care Strategy Research Group visited Kaifeng, Henan Province. It is headed by Chen Wenling, Director General of Comprehensive Affairs Department of Research Office of State Council and Chief Economist of China Center for International Economic Exchanges, Mr. Xiao Wunan, Executive Vice Chairman of Asia Pacific Exchange and Cooperation Foundation, and do research on the development of senior care and the construction of Senior Care Model Base in Kaifeng. Mr. Ji Bingwei, Mayor of Kaifeng City, Mr. Li Jibing, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee, Mr. Ma Pu, Deputy Mayor, Mr. He Quanying, Municipal government secretary general attended meeting on the research.

During the meeting, Mr. Ma briefed Kaifeng's history, culture, economy, society and development of senior care industry. Senior Care Model Base in Qiu Shi Yi He Cultural Town summarized the project planning. Research group's experts, principles from Municipal Civil Affairs，Human Ministry of Recourses and Social Security, Commission of Urban Planning also addressed the meeting.
