APECF seniors participated in Beijing Culture Week

in New York upon invitation

In the afternoon of July 30th, 2012 (New York time), the Beijing Culture Week, organized by Beijing Municipal Government and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture, was held at the SOLO EVENT space, 40 Broad Street, New York City. APECF seniors, including Mr. Steven Rockefeller, Co-Chairman, Mr. Xiao Wunan, the Executive Vice Chairman, Ms. Gong Tingyu, Deputy Secretary General, Mr. Liu Wei, Assistant, participated in the opening ceremony upon invitation. Before the ceremony, on July 29th, the relevant officials of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture visited the Rockefellers by invitation and enjoyed a family dinner. During the visit, both parties had a constructive discussion and reached agreements to a very broad extend in the aspect of Beijing Great Culture Construction. After the ceremony, APECF delegation visited Los Angeles, had a wide range of contacts and exchanges with local people, and achieved fruitful results.
