Mr. Chen Quansheng, Counsellor of the State Council of China, visits APECF

On December 2010, Mr. Chen Quansheng, Counsellor of the State Council of China, visits the Beijing Secretariat of APECF upon invitation.

Both sides exchanged views on the foundation’s future research topics on think tanks and reached extensive consensus.

Mr. Chen Quansheng is a well-known economist. He conducts research and holds unique and insightful views on macroeconomics, especially most concerned economic issues during the transformation period.
