Famous painter Huang Yue Gives Mr. Tiong Hiew King an oil painting as a gift

On the afternoon of Dec.12, 2010, Mr. Huang Yue, a famous painter, gave his renowned oil painting Qing Jing Zhong Fang (Graciousness in serenity) as a gift to Mr. Tiong Hiew King, Co-Chairman of APECF, in APECF Beijing Secretariat.
