Mr. Xiao speaks highly of the complete preservation of Chinese culture in Malaysia

On 05 Oct 2010, Mr. Xiao Wunan, Executive Vice Chairman of APECF visited Pay Fong High School in Malaysia.

He expressed his feelings at Malaysia’s good preservation of time-honored Chinese culture. He said that it was the fruit of all overseas Chinese efforts. APECF would make efforts to involve more people in promoting local overseas Chinese education development through the platform of the foundation.
