Xiao Wunan pays his first visit to Pay Fong High School – devotes himself to overseas Chinese education

On Oct 5, 2010, Executive Vice Chairman of APECF Xiao Wunan visited Malaysia’s Melaka Pay Fong High School to gain an understanding of its operation. He hopes to offer some assistance in providing hardware for Pay Fong.
