Co-Chairman of APECF Xiao Wunan attends the Opening Ceremony of the first five star hotel of Biguiyuan in south- west China

September 28th, 2010, the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel Changshou, Chong Qing held grand opening ceremony. Executive Vice Chairman of the Foundation Xiao Wunan was invited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

He spoke highly of the soft service and hardware facilities of the Phoenix Hotel.
